Head coach Dan Hurley revealed on Sunday that Ball is in a walking boot after suffering a foot sprain early in the game and will not practice on Sunday, according to Nancy Armour of USA TODAY Sports. He added that he thought it could be "tough" to get him an MRI on Sunday due to Easter.

"Solo just sprained a foot early in the game," Hurley said. "So he was able to finish in the game. He won’t participate in anything today. We’ll see how he’s feeling tomorrow."

Despite the injury, Ball played 28 minutes, including 16 in the second half. His 13 points were the third most on the team as he shot 5-11 from the field and 3-7 from 3-point range.

He has started all 38 games for the Huskies this season, averaging 12.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in 28.7 minutes per game. He is third on the team in scoring.

UConn is looking to win its third national championship in four years, but is set to play a red-hot Michigan Wolverines team on Monday night at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Wolverines have won all five of their NCAA Tournament games by at least 13 points and blew out Arizona in the Final Four 91-73.
