Ryan Anderson, ex-Xavier coach at Texas, runs onto court at First Four
· Yahoo Sports
Assistant coach Ryan Anderson followed Sean Miller from Xavier to Texas when Miller left the Musketeers last March to become the Longhorns' head coach.
With about one second remaining in the Longhorns' NCAA Tournament First Four game against North Carolina State at University of Dayton Arena, Tramon Mark made a shot to give Texas a two-point lead.

Anderson ran onto the court to celebrate, and almost made it to the free-throw line as Wolfpack players signaled for a timeout. He was fortunate he wasn't assessed a technical foul.
It was the latest of several instances in which team members have celebrated prematurely and almost cost their teams. The Dayton Flyers did it during the A-10 tournament against St. Louis.
Social media reactions:
Coaches and players running onto the floor before the buzzer is going to get a team in hot water real soon.

It’s happened at least three times in the past week, and you know refs are going to be on the prowl for it soon. pic.twitter.com/0EuKtai1cn

Sean Miller absolutely lost his mind on Texas assistant coach Ryan Anderson for running on the court after Tramon Mark’s game-winning shot.

Credit to the officials for not letting that ruin a great ending, but probably could have been a technical foul.
