The team agreed to a three-year extension with starting center Sean Rhyan worth $33 million, according to reports from Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero. The deal can reach $39 million in total value and comes with an $11 million signing bonus.
Rhyan’s contract puts him among the highest-paid centers in the league despite making just nine career starts at the position.
“The #Packers and OL Sean Rhyan agreed to a 3-year, $33M extension with a max value of $39M, per me and Tom Pelissero. Rhyan becomes one of the highest paid centers after 9 starts at the position. Deal negotiated by Sam Mirza, Cameron Foster and Chris Cabott of Equity Sports,” Rapoport posted on X.

Rhyan has developed into one of the Packers’ most valuable interior linemen since arriving as a third-round pick in 2022. The 25-year-old has played every interior position on the line, giving the coaching staff options when injuries hit.
